Residential and Office Services
Cleaning Meadows provides fully insured residential and office cleaning services. I offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service. I will work with you to customize your cleaning so I can address all of your specific needs.
Recurring Cleaning
Once you have decided if my services are right for you, we can then set up a time for the first initial cleaning. The first initial cleaning is a deep cleaning of your entire house to get it up to my professional standards. For the first initial cleaning, I charge an hourly rate which is determined after I’ve done a walk through. I work top to bottom from a priority list template which I provide, and you customize. Once the initial cleaning has been completed, I offer flat rate price based on the customized template.
Occasional Cleaning
For less frequent or one-time services, I charge an hourly rate that may vary based on either a standard list or a customized list of services.
Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
Moving is hard. I’ll take the cleaning and scrubbing off your plate. This service will include the fridge, oven, cupboards/drawers, closets. Move-In/Out cleanings are charged by the hour. I will work top to bottom from a specific move-in/out list that I will provide and you customize.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Remodeling your home is always an exciting but stressful time. I can ease the stress by cleaning your home after the construction is done, which I charge an hourly rate for this service.

Additional Information:
Weight – I have a 20 lb. weight limit for safety reasons. I will move smaller items like table chairs, small ottomans, etc. to clean under. If you would like any heavier furniture cleaned under, leave a note for me and move the furniture so can clean under it.
Heights – If provided I will use up to a 2 foot or shorter step stool.
Clutter- I will work around any highly-clutter areas to the best of my ability. Same with areas being used for storage, like underneath beds and on top of cabinets. I will be more than happy to customize your services, of such areas if I am able to do so.
Heavy Hanging Objects- Large artwork, chandeliers and heavy mirrors are a few examples of heavy hanging objects. There is a higher risk of injuring myself and or accidental damage to such items. With that in mind I am willing to add these Items to a customized list for an extra price and upon a signed agreement.
Pet Messes/Body Fluids- I do not provide these services cleaning litter boxes, pet messes, bird guano, blood, feces, urine, and overflowed toilet. Cleaning body fluids (including that of our furry friends) requires special BBP certification, which I don’t currently carry. I will clean up around litter boxes but I ask clients that have cats to provide a vacuum or broom in the litter box area for me to use. I will not use my vacuum in these areas because litter causes my vacuums wear out faster, it leaves a lingering smell and I use them in homes that do not have pets.
Mold- Some amount of pink/orange mildew, or even darker mold, is common in most homes in my region. Large amounts of mold in shower areas, on walls, etc. can affect air quality and pose a safety issue. I am unable to clean in rooms that are heavily affected by mold, or in homes with heavy mold infestations.
Bugs- I apologize but I am unable to offer pre/post-fumigation cleanings. We ask that any bug infestations or fumigation clean-ups are completed before I enter the home.
Fireplaces- The soot/ash from a fireplace will damage my equipment, especially my vacuum. If you provide me with the necessary equipment I will be happy to clean up the mess upon request.
